As a member of a Wine Club, we will automatically send you a shipment of each new release four to six times per year at your wine club members only price. Your credit card will be billed at the time of shipment. You may place additional orders at any time, based on availability.
Wine Club Terms
By providing payment information, I agree to have my credit card billed for wine, tax, and shipping. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California.
The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom your wine will be delivered is also at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.
Please note, some states have shipping restrictions and / or may require us to collect your applicable state sales tax. Your order will be calculated accordingly.
Club members are responsible for supplying Ripken Vineyards & Winery with any address changes, two weeks prior to shipment. If a shipment goes to an old address, the member is responsible for all charges incurred for shipping and return of the wine.
Club members are responsible for supplying Ripken Vineyards & Winery with any credit card changes, two weeks prior to shipment. If a credit card is declined and not updated within two weeks, your allocation and club status may be forfeited.
The wine release schedule is subject to change.
Club members will receive samples of Ripken Vineyards & Winery wines throughout the year. They will be automatically billed to the member’s credit card at current retail price less any applicable Wine Club discounts. Club members may cancel at any time prior to a shipment by notifying the winery in writing or email to info@ripkenwine.com. Cancellations will be confirmed.
All wine must be picked up within 2 weeks or it will be shipped.
